Everything you need for basketball
Quarters, shot clock and fouls follow the rules, so the table can focus on the game.
Quarter control
Four quarters of 10 minutes (FIBA) or 12 minutes (NBA). The clock counts down, sounds the horn at the end of the period, and overtime is five minutes.
Shot clock
Shot clock with resets to 24 and 14 seconds and its own signal. It follows the game clock and switches off when fewer than 14 seconds remain in the period.
Team fouls and bonus
Team fouls per quarter with BONUS from the fourth team foul. Fouls can be logged per shirt number, and the table is told at the fifth foul.
Timeouts by FIBA rules
Two timeouts in the first half, three in the second and one per overtime. The timeout lasts a minute, the clock stops and the horn sounds. Works with physical timeout buttons too.
Points per quarter
1, 2 and 3 points with the score per quarter. Undoing a basket takes it off the quarter it was scored in.
Possession arrow
The alternating-possession arrow can be set and flipped, and it flips itself at half-time.

Frequently asked questions
Does the basketball scoreboard follow FIBA rules?
Yes. The clock counts down through four quarters, the shot clock has 24 and 14 seconds, team fouls give a bonus from the fourth foul, and timeouts follow FIBA: two in the first half, three in the second and one per overtime.
Does it have a shot clock?
Yes. The shot clock resets to 24 or 14 seconds, has its own signal and switches off when fewer than 14 seconds remain in the period.
Can we play 12-minute quarters?
Yes. Quarter length can be set to 10 minutes (FIBA) or 12 minutes (NBA), even mid-game.
Can we use the same screen for other sports in the hall?
Yes. Bigscreen covers 40+ sports, so handball, volleyball and basketball can share the screen. With schedules the screen changes what it shows through the week.
What does a basketball scoreboard cost?
The base licence costs from €34 a month excl. VAT, and the advertising module is included. LED control is an add-on at +€40 a month. We're happy to set up a free demo.
