Small clubs rarely have a designer or a spare person for the boards. So the system fits the content by itself, and the playlists follow the match clock.
Bigscreen LED Hardware Player
A dedicated player at your LED system that plays what you set up in the browser. We install and configure it for you.
Automatic canvas sizing
Upload images and video in whatever format you have. The system fits them to your LED canvas, combines several files into one LED graphic and detects black edges in video.
Automatic centre board
Split or no split per clip, so the LED strip is cut around the centre board. Time, score and team logos appear on the centre board in real time.
Groups and sponsor management
Organise sponsor content in groups — evenly spread (ABCABC) or per section. Clips can be images or video.
Colour, brightness and gamma
Adjust colour, brightness and gamma per clip or globally. The clips' own brightness is switched on or off with one click.
Automatic brightness that follows the sun
The LED boards' brightness adjusts automatically to the sun's position from the installation's GPS location — between a minimum and maximum you set.
More than playlists on a board
Playlists that follow the match clock
When the match clock starts, the playlist on the boards starts. At half-time it changes, and at the final whistle it stops.
Quick buttons
Trigger an action manually with one click, at a set time or automatically on a match event or graphics event.
Overlays
Put text, images, HTML or content from a URL on top of the LED content — for messages and match info.
Synchronised clips
Several LED surfaces run in sync, and one clip can play at the same time on two controllers.
Playback statistics
Total plays and plays per clip, with a playback log — and the sponsor report with big screen and LED side by side.
Keeps running offline
The controller keeps playing without internet, and updates and commands are queued until it is back online.
Calibration and test patterns
Brightness and colour per module, test patterns on the boards and a phone flicker test — the installer's tools on the same page.
Long ribbons across several outputs
One ribbon can span several display outputs, and split installations with several ribbons are combined in one canvas.

What does LED control cost?
LED control is an add-on to the base licence at +€40 a month. The LED controller (Hardware Player) is a one-off €1,340. All prices excl. VAT.
How is the LED player installed?
We do it. Contact us and we'll install and configure the Bigscreen LED Hardware Player for your LED system — size, placement and LED type are set up together with you.
What happens if the network drops out?
The LED controller keeps playing without internet, and updates are queued until it's back online. For the largest setups we run redundant operation with a standby controller, offline server and monitoring.
Do we have to make the LED graphics ourselves?
No. The system fits your files to the LED canvas, and if a sponsor has no video, the LED generator makes a clip from their website.
Can sponsors see how often they were shown?
Yes. The playback statistics show plays per clip, and the sponsor report shows big screen and LED side by side per match.
