The whole stadium on match day: big screen and LED boards in one system
The match-day crew has plenty to do. Bigscreen lets the LED boards follow the match clock, puts the OB feed on the big screen and gives sponsors a report afterwards. Men's, women's and youth teams can each have their own profile.
What takes time in the control room
Big screen and LED are run separately
On the Click Board, one tap can start a clip on the big screen and a playlist on the LED boards.
Someone has to remember the LED at kick-off
The playlists start when the match clock starts, change at half-time and stop at the final whistle.
Sponsors ask what they got
The sponsor report shows airtime and placement — big screen and LED side by side, per match.
The sun makes the boards hard to read
The LED boards' brightness adjusts automatically to the sun's position in the sky.
For the stadium with big screen, LED boards and TV
The same software as in the local hall — plus what a stadium needs on top.
Profiles for each team
Create separate profiles for the men's team, the women's team and the youth teams.
Colour and brightness per ad
Set colours and brightness for each individual ad on LED and big screen.
The TV feed on the big screen
The feed from the OB van goes straight onto the big screen via HDMI or HD-SDI with the Live Video Box.
Several LED surfaces in sync
Several LED surfaces run in sync, and one long ribbon can span several display outputs.
The installer's tools on the same page
Module-by-module calibration and test patterns on the boards — grey ramp, pure colours, gradient and checkerboard.
Backup and redundancy
Standby controller, offline server and monitoring, so the boards don't go black if one machine drops out.

Frequently asked questions
Can the big screen and the LED boards be run from the same system?
Yes. Both are run from the same page, and the LED playlists follow the match clock: they start at kick-off, change at half-time and stop at the final whistle.
What happens if the network or a machine drops out?
The LED controller keeps playing without internet. For the largest setups we run redundant operation with a standby controller, offline server and monitoring, so the boards don't go black if one machine drops out.
Can we show the TV feed from the OB van?
Yes. The Live Video Box takes the feed from the OB van via HDMI or HD-SDI, so it can go straight onto the big screen.
Can the men's, women's and youth teams each have their own setup?
Yes. You create separate profiles for the men's team, the women's team and the youth teams.
What does LED control cost?
LED control is an add-on to the base licence at +€40 a month. The LED controller (Hardware Player) is a one-off €1,340. All prices excl. VAT — contact us for a quote for your stadium.
