What we help with most
The player covers the whole screen
That's by design. Press F2 on the player computer to return to the desktop.
The picture doesn't fit the screen
Set the screen size under «Settings» to match your display.
Stream Deck: «Awaiting approval»
A new Stream Deck must be approved under Settings → Devices before it can control anything.
A clip won't play
Every video is checked on upload. If the screen can't play it, it is re-encoded to a suitable format automatically and you are told.
The LED controller needs updating
Under Settings → Devices. If the machine is off, the update can be queued.
The player needs to go on a new computer
Contact us and we'll install the player for you. The Stream Deck plugin is on the download page.

What is Bigscreen?
Bigscreen is a scoreboard platform that shows the scoreboard, match graphics and ads on a big screen, TV or LED boards. It is run from a phone, tablet or computer.
How quickly can we get started?
In under 30 seconds. Create an account at bigscreen.dk, choose your sport and open the scoreboard link on a screen. We're also happy to set up a free personal demo with your club name and logo within 24 hours — fill in the form at bigscreen.dk/proev.
Which sports does Bigscreen support?
Bigscreen supports 40+ sports, including football, handball, basketball, padel, ice hockey, volleyball, badminton, floorball, tennis, futsal, curling and many more. Each sport has its own rules and scoreboard layouts.
Which devices can run the scoreboard?
The scoreboard can be run from any device with a browser — iPhone, Android, iPad, Mac, Windows PC or Chromebook. The display itself runs on any TV, projector, LED wall or tablet with internet access.
What does Bigscreen cost?
Bigscreen starts from €34 per month for a single club. The trial is free and there is no commitment. See pricing →
Does it require installation or hardware setup?
Bigscreen can run on your existing equipment. If you want to use every feature, we can supply a Bigscreen Player that connects to your big screen or LED.
Can we use our own logo, colours and ads?
Yes. You can upload your club crest, choose your own colours, show sponsor ads in rotation and tailor the scoreboard to your brand. Ad management is built in, so sponsors can be shown automatically between matches or at breaks.
Is there a commitment or notice period?
No. Bigscreen has no commitment — you can cancel your subscription at any time with the current month's notice. No setup fee, no hidden costs.
