The screen by the pitch — run by a volunteer with a phone

Bigscreen turns the club's screen into a proper big screen on match day: score and match clock, the teams with their crests and your sponsors in rotation. Whoever is at the pitch runs it all from their phone.

Everyday life in a club run by volunteers

1

Only one person knows how the board works

The controls are a page in the phone's browser with the buttons a match needs. Log in by text, email or username — so the next volunteer can take over too.

2

The teams have to be typed in for every match

Where supported, the match is imported from the federation's fixtures with teams, players and crests. Other matches are entered by hand.

3

Sponsors want to be seen

The advertising module is part of the base licence. If a sponsor has no video, the LED generator makes a clip from their website.

4

The screen is dark the rest of the week

With schedules the screen shows a clock and welcome in the morning, sponsors in the afternoon and the scoreboard in the evening — and switches off at night.

What Bigscreen does for you

What a grassroots club needs on match day

No heavy setup before every match. The club is set up once with crest, colours and sponsors — then the match takes centre stage.

Runs on your screen

Bigscreen can run on the equipment you already have. To use every feature, we supply and install a Bigscreen Player for the screen.

Run the match from your phone

Goals, match clock and half-time from a phone, tablet or computer — from the touchline or the clubhouse.

Fixtures imported

Where supported, pick the match and the teams, players and crests are ready. The line-up can be drawn on a pitch with photo and number.

Your club's own look

Club colour and crest throughout the system, including the login page and the screen by the pitch.

Ads you can sell

Put sponsors in playlists and let them run before the match, at half-time and next to the score.

The phone as a camera

Show the walk-out or a half-time interview on the big screen: scan a QR code and tap “Start camera”. No app on the phone.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do we need to buy a new screen?

Not necessarily. Bigscreen can run on your existing screen and equipment. If you want every feature, we can supply a Bigscreen Player and install it for you.

Who can run it on match day?

Anyone with a phone, tablet or computer and a login. You log in by text, email or username and run the match from the browser.

Can we import our fixtures?

Where supported, teams, players and crests are imported from the federation's fixtures. Other matches are entered by hand.

Can we sell advertising on the screen?

Yes. The advertising module is included in the base licence, so sponsors can rotate before the match, at the breaks and next to the score.

What does it cost?

The base licence costs from €34 a month excl. VAT, and the advertising module is included. There's no commitment, and we're happy to set up a free demo with your club name and crest.

See your own club on screen

We'll set up a free demo for your setup. No commitment.
