We install the player software for you. Contact us and we'll set it up on the computer connected to your big screen or LED.

  • Starts automatically at login and restarts itself after an error
  • When the player runs, it takes over the screen. Press F2 to return to the desktop

Controls

Stream Deck plugin

Run the scoreboard from an Elgato Stream Deck: goals, cards with player picker, graphics, match clock, countdown, big screen, live signal, LED boards and quick buttons.

  1. Double-click the plugin file to install
  2. Drag a Bigscreen action onto a key and enter your scoreboard address — you only do this once
  3. Approve the Stream Deck under Settings → Devices. Until then the keys show «Awaiting approval»

We can configure everything for you via remote access. Download the remote support program and send us your ID — we'll take care of the rest.

LED

LED controller (Hardware Player)

Nothing to download. The software is updated from the scoreboard: Settings → Devices → Update software.

  • An update can be queued for a controller that is switched off — it installs when the machine comes back on
  • Restart and shut down sit next to the controller in the device list
